Can I join Applegreen Rewards today?

Yes, simply pick up the card at any till in store and begin collecting points immediately.  In order to avail of Applegreen rewards you should register your card at applegreen.ie. or alternatively call the Applegreen Rewards Customer Helpline on 01-5124884 to activate your account and allow you to redeem your points against Applegreen rewards.

How does Applegreen Rewards card work?

Present your card to a sales assistant at the till, before or during your transaction. Your card will be credited with the points earned from your transaction and will be visible on your account 48 hours after the transaction.

You must hand your card to the sales assistant before the end of your transaction as points cannot be added in store after the purchase is completed.

Points will be allocated based on the following:

For every 1 litre of fuel purchased - 1 point will be awarded.

For every €1 spent in the shop – 4 points will be awarded.

Please note that the values of points per spend are subject to change at any time without notice at Applegreen’s sole discretion. 

If my card is stolen, what do I do?

It is very simple. Just pick up a new card in any of our sites and start using it. You can go on line to applegreen.ie to add your new card number onto your account and transfer all your existing points over to your new number. Alternatively you can email us at rewards@applegreen.ie or call the Applegreen Rewards Customer Helpline on 01-512 4884 to report a lost or stolen card, to request a new card or to get assistance with the transfer of all your old points over to your new card number.

How do I register?

Is there a deadline for registering my Applegreen Reward card?

No, you can register your card at any time. However, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure you receive your free 150 points once you are fully registered with us on line.

How do I avail of my free gift during registration?

Once you have filled in all the questions online at applegreen.ie or via the Applegreen Rewards Customer Helpline on 01-5124884, you will be eligible for 150 points. This is a once off registration reward and can only be redeemed by the card holder. The free points offer is for a limited time only during the launch period.

Are there any products on which I will not receive points?

Points will not be awarded upon the purchase of the following goods: Lotto and lottery tickets, phone top-up vouchers, call cards, gift vouchers, postage stamps, tobacco products, medicines, and infant formula products. Additional products and ranges may be excluded from the allocation of points at any time and without prior notice, and such changes will be at the sole discretion of Applegreen or as may be required by law.

How can I check the balance on my account?

Once you register your card details online, you can then check your balance at any time by logging onto applegreen.ie and entering your account details.  Points will be allocated to your card within 48 hours of the transaction.

How do I spend my points?

What if I forget my card?

Hold onto your receipt and email us with the transaction/Epos trans number from the receipt and the name of the garage where the transaction took place, within 14 days at rewards@applegreen.ie or call the Applegreen Rewards Customer Helpline on 01-5124884 and have your receipt handy.

Will I lose my points if I don’t register the card?

No, once you swipe the card through the till, the points will accumulate and will be transferred to your account once the card is registered. You must be registered to redeem your points. All points are valid for 18 months. Please note that this time limit is subject to change, without notice, at any time at Applgreen's sole discretion.

Do I have to use my points within a certain period of time?

Points are valid for use for 18 months from their awarded transaction date.  Please note that this time limit is subject to change without notice at any time at Applegreen’s sole discretion. You should also note that all Applegreen rewards will be issued subject to their own terms and conditions and time limits for use/redemption.

What happens if I return an item?

Where goods are returned, any points which were collected in respect of the purchase will be deducted.

Can I amend my address/phone number/email address at any time?

You can log onto your account at applegreen.ie  and select your profile tab – and amend your details there. Alternatively, email us at rewards@applegreen.ie or call the Applegreen Rewards Customer Helpline on 01-5124884.
